I bought this this morning and started cleaning our pressure treated deck. Perfect for what I'm doing. Quiet and easy to use.

There was a part missing when I received my power washer. I called the manufacture and they were very helpful in ordering the part i needed.

Very quiet, good pressure for household use. Long power cord and 4 legs with casters make it stable.

This was written after my first use of ePX3500. I found the pressure washer to be easy to assemble and easy to operate. My first impression was okay but lacking the power I was expecting. I retired a competitors p.w. with same psi and found the the competitors seemingly to have more power. Only my finding maybe. The exp3500 did clean some areas very good but other areas it struggled. All in all I find this power washer to be a good purchase.
