Compact and powerful

Compact design and the wide wheelbase makes it unlikely that this unit will tip over. Easy to fill reservoir and well-designed controls. Spray control lock and power switch are big enough to use while wearing gloves. Nice storage spots for spray nozzles that aren't in use. Long electrical cord. Only downside? Would be nice if there were a small storage compartments to store the extra o-rings and the wire tool for cleaning the spray nozzles. Also would be nice if the spray wand could be stored on the unit without having to be disassembled.
Overall, thoughtful design and a good value.

Great PW with 2 minor flaws

Pluses - LOVE the castors. Great power for the size. 3 year warranty. Solid quality construction. 4 nozzles. Long power cord. Water connection is in the rear. My previous one was in the front and it was a PITA to moneuver.
Minuses - short nozzle hose, tried to replace with aftermarket 25 ft hose and it wouldn't connect tight enough for leak free connection. Apparently the WH hose connection is deeper?
The case is black. My concern is in the hot summer months of Oklahoma (Texas Arizona etc) it will overheat in the sun. It hasn't so far, just worried about continued use in 90+ degrees wx.

Dead on arrival

I recently purchased this pressure washer online with high hopes for its powerful cleaning capabilities. However, I encountered a significant issue—it was completely dead on arrival.
Despite carefully following the setup instructions and ensuring all connections were secure, the pressure washer failed to turn on or display any signs of life. I attempted troubleshooting steps recommended by the manufacturer, but unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue.
I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. Not only did it waste my time, but also my money!
I urge potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchasing this pressure washer, as my experience indicates a lack of quality control or reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product!

Simple instructions, setup, operation! Had it working in no time and now I don’t have to spend all my quarters at car wash anymore. Awesome pressure with the 2 tips it comes with. Very satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended to some of my peers. Now my cars can look squeaky clean every week.
