I just received the ePX3000 so my experience with it is limited. It does have some nice features, i.e., good pressure rating, long electric cord with built in GFI and four different nozzles, low center of gravity, and the wheels allow the sprayer to move about freely.
Pluses - LOVE the castors. Great power for the size. 3 year warranty. Solid quality construction. 4 nozzles. Long power cord. Water connection is in the rear. My previous one was in the front and it was a PITA to moneuver. Minuses - short nozzle hose, tried to replace with aftermarket 25 ft hose and it wouldn't connect tight enough for leak free connection. Apparently the WH hose connection is deeper? The case is black. My concern is in the hot summer months of Oklahoma (Texas Arizona etc) it will overheat in the sun. It hasn't so far, just worried about continued use in 90+ degrees wx.
Worked great on my siding and deck. Easy to set up and move around. Power is a little less than a gas power washer , but for the difference in price and being able to keep house and deck clean easily, it is a great value.
I bought this as a Father's Day gift for my husband. It is our first pressure washer and we are pleased with it. My only criticism of the machine is that the cord is too big to fit on the cord holder. I also have the following suggestions to improve the manual: the manual should state the capacity of the soap container; it should explain that the soap solution will only come out with the black tip and the use of the other tips provide clear water for rinsing; it should state that the tips can be stored on the back on the machine in the 4 provided holes. I called the customer service number and left my call back information and received a call back in short order. The person was very polite and helpful and answered all my questions and listened to my suggestions stated above. He also forwarded to me an email to help me get my machine registered, so I would have to give him an excellent review for customer service.
Leave it to Westinghouse to make the exact product I was looking for. I needed a power washer that was small enough for a crowded garage in a condo. But also one that was powerful enough to do the jobs I needed. The ePX3000 was my answer, just perfect!
I started using the day I purchased. I was quite impressed! I like the compact size and tje fact that it has four wheels and doesn't tip over. It follows you around but ypu can also lock the wheels and it doesn't move. Lots of pressure!
