Broken after 2 years of light use

Had this unit for two years and used it occasionally for light yardwork. Tried to use it today and it won’t work. Won’t start, called Customer Service got disconnected. The first time then called back. They said I have to register the product then they’re gonna try to find me a replacement part. Not a very good product I don’t recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you had with our product. Many factors can affect the operation of a unit and with 2 years of use, it may be a minor issue that needs to be addressed. The unit does have a 3-year warranty with 1-year parts and labor and 2 additional years of parts. please contact customer service at the number in your manual for assistance.

Very good power washer fir the money

I have only used this once but it did a great job in cleaning my concrete patio. I would have like to see instructions on how to add cleaner and how to switch from cleaner to plain water.

Exactly what I needed

Used for the first time yesterday and it worked just as advertised. Pressure turns on and off automatically and isn't too loud. Will be perfect strength for car detailing!

Powerful little power washer for the price

I bought this little power washer several months ago, and I have used it 4 times so far to keep the area around my pool clean and wash out the stubborn stains on the tile.
Unfortunately, the hose developed a hole in it and I am working with customer service to get a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
