Dead on arrival

I recently purchased this pressure washer online with high hopes for its powerful cleaning capabilities. However, I encountered a significant issue—it was completely dead on arrival.
Despite carefully following the setup instructions and ensuring all connections were secure, the pressure washer failed to turn on or display any signs of life. I attempted troubleshooting steps recommended by the manufacturer, but unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue.
I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. Not only did it waste my time, but also my money!
I urge potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchasing this pressure washer, as my experience indicates a lack of quality control or reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just received this ePX3500 and I can't believe the power it produces! Cleaned two cars using thee soap dispenser and they came out better than the car wash. Also did the driveway, what a breeze. This washer is strong and very quiet.
