Just received unit today. Everything that was supposed to be with it was in the box. I did register my product only for the EXTRA tips. One review said you had to register to get the 5 tips. This was not the case for me.
This power washer seems to be well made. It is compact and light.
Some tips for the manufacturer, and my reason for only 4 stars. 1 two of the brackets that push on did not snap in place. I can deal with the one that is most troublesome. It is the lower bracket for the spray gun. The weight of the spray gun pushes it down and off the other bracket is for the electrical cord, do the cord holds it on. 2 the tip sizes are almost invisible due to being embossed in the tip, so small and same color as background. A very nice fix would be a sticker color coded with sizes in large black print. Also add the designed uses for the tips on that sticker.

Lightweight, compact, efficient

Only tested so far on my deck but it cleans the cedar boards much better than a standard hose nozzle with the gentlest (soap) nozzle! Very lightweight and easy to assemble & use.
