PROS:
- One fill lasts for several cleaning projects. I did 5 windows (blinds, window seals, window glass), kitchen cabinets, 5 doors, some walls, my bed, as well as some baseboards.
- It heats up within 10 minutes
- Comes with several useful accessories, I used all of them in my first day
- Has a long tube as well as power cable
- Gets VERY hot, it removed alot of gunk build up on anything I used it on. My window seals have never looked so clean and it removed all pink mold from my shower. It did not remove any paint, which is a huge plus.
- Very simple and easy to use, you really cant miss how to use it
CONS:
- No proper fill line to know when you are getting low on water
- If you need to refill it you MUST wait until the internal temp cools, and you MUST depressurize it by slowing removing the cap until the hissing goes away. This isnt really a "con" because it is to be expected, especially to keep you safe, but not everyone knows this about steamers.
Overall, I do love this and have already recommended it to my mom. I did purchase extra bonnets because I knew I had a huge cleaning project, but every accessory that was in the box was used. An amazing gadget for OCD individuals like myself and I cant believe I have lived so long without this. At all. I gave 5 stars because this product truly exceeded my expectations, and no this isn't sponsored, I just really think this product is worth the money. Most steamers cost ALOT of money and after using this, I am surprised it didnt cost more. 10/10 for me and I will continue to use it for all my projects.
Pros:- Steam cleaner is good, did a great job of removing splashes of hair dye from my bathroom floor on the lino. Also used on the shower doors and shower seals, worked really well there too. Completely removed some blue staining on my shower tray which now looks like new. Used to clean my internal doors and it removed 98% of those marks. Haven't used on the carpet / laminate yet so will have to wait and see how that performs. Cons:- Didn't remove mould or plastic adhesives stuck on shower wall. Also the nylon and brass brushes get worn out quite quickly but despite this I am happy with this steam cleaner and will be keeping it.
This thing is a game changer to keep the house tidy with 2 young kids. From the bathrooms to the cars, you know everything is sanitized and as clean as can be!
Quite happy with my steamer. It doesn’t eliminate grout darkness or burnt grease stains as easily as I thought. Perhaps it takes a number of goes. The floor pad also gets quite wet after a while so it’s good it comes with multiple pads. Finally, one of the reasons I chose Dupray over Kärcher is the locking mechanism for the brushes — I’ve experience the twist locks being ineffective on department store steam cleaners and wanted to stay away from it. While Dupray’s attachment mechanism has worked really well, it has come off at least once for me. All that said no regrets — I still find Neat to be a good investment and a must have.
