I used the Neat steamer sine 2020 and it's been very helpful in my cleaning routine.
It really takes up the tough stains and I feel the floor is cleaned AND sanitized thanks to the hot steam.
I would say it takes 5-10 min to heat up the water before you can use it, so I like to start it up before I vacuum and then it's ready when I need it.

I have also used it to clean my hood range and it's great on the grease buildup.

Have been using this tool for 3+ years and it’s an absolute favorite of mine! We have purchased them for our friends as they get married too haha It’s wonderful to clean our house without any chemicals. There is hardly a surface in my house that I haven’t cleaner using our Dupray! Including the grill.

I knew I wanted a steam cleaner that did it all, after doing extensive research I found the right one. The Dupray Neat steamer has been able to stand up and exceed the cleaning I have put it through! From using the powerful wand to the triangle brush and the floor/wall cleaner, this steamer has been amazing. Who knew that the 40 oz of distilled water that you put in could last so long and do so much. Thank you for making a quality product.

Love my steam cleaner. It's been a game-changer for my cleaning routine. I did experience some issues with the screw cap, but Dupray's customer service was quick to respond and help me resolve my issue! I'm very happy with my experience.

Do NOT recommend. The machine stop working after having it for less than a year. At first, I couldn’t open the nozzle once I did get it opened it and added the water it didn’t come out the hose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

By far the best steam cleaning system I’ve purchased! I love the versatility, and am very impressed at the capacity of water it holds and how long I can clean with it before having to refill the tank!
