Will not restore your grout lines.

I purchased this specifically to clean my grout. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations and although it did remove some of the dirt it did not live up to expectations as seen in the video. I had to go over the same grout line multiple times to get them somewhat clean. The machine is easy to use, I do plan on using for my baby’s play area to avoid chemicals. If you plan on restoring your grout to the original look then I wouldn’t recommend this product. I am attaching before and after pictures to this post.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken in 3 years

The appliance lasted only three years before failing completely. During my troubleshooting test, the resistance reading was 0 ohms—indicating a short circuit—so I disassembled it, only to discover that the boiler had oxidized heavily, with a clear hole right where the heating element sat.

Arrived last week but I was OOT so did not get to use yet. I had an earlier model but got clogged and not steaming well.
This one was great. I cleaned a large portion of the kitchen grout tiles but I especially will like to detail my car as I did with previous model and for oven and baseboards. I am anxious to try the window/mirrow squeegee too. Always feel good to have those dirty grout lines throughout the house clean. I am looking at Heroo Spot Cleaner. I have an 87 year old friend whom I help the last two month as she had some major surgery and no family to help help Her cat is old and has problems so I am anxious to try on her carpet spots from the cat. Also would be better for furniture and beds and curtains.

Get it, it’s truly amazing

I set it up upon arrival and had such an enjoyable time deep cleaning my bathroom that I went through a full tank! Shower floor and bathroom floor look so clean, it’s crazy how great this is. Mirror, vanity, toilet-all sparkling and without chemicals. Can’t wait to detail my car but next up are all the walls in my house. Who knew I’d get so into it?

Solid Performance and Versatility

I’ve been using the Dupray Neat steam cleaner for nearly two years now, and it has consistently proven to be a valuable tool for various cleaning tasks.
The mopping performance is excellent on hard floors, leaving them feeling and looking thoroughly clean. I also find it very useful for refreshing furniture upholstery and for sanitizing wheelchair tires and refreshing its fabric, where its ability to clean and disinfect is particularly helpful.
One of the most appreciated features is the trigger lock. This design makes a real difference during longer cleaning sessions, significantly easing strain, especially for someone with weaker hands.
Overall, the Dupray Neat is a well-performing and versatile steam cleaner that has held up reliably over time. It’s a solid choice for general household cleaning.

attachments for grout and upholstery are helpful

We purchased the steam cleaning system a few months ago. We have a brick floor which has proven to be difficult to maintain.
The steam cleaning system has made a difficult job much easier to accomplish and the cleanliness of the floor has improved significantly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheap accessories!

I bought the Neat steam cleaner about 3 years ago. The kettle works great but all of the accessories are failing one after the other. The attachment to clean windows broke at first use, the small brushe's hair bend at first use, the pads for floor cleaning shrunk and are now too small. Lastly, the handle pieces are falling apart making the steam cleaner unusable. I started off really satisfied but I am now soo disapointed. This is not an everyday machine and I feel that the super cheap accessories don't match the kettle quality. I will be looking to buy another brand!
