Perfect steam cleaner

This steam cleaner is awesome. It works better than the dedicated steam mop we purchased from another brand. We especially love how we can clean our kitchen and bathroom cabinets with the attachments. Another thing we love is how long the tube is, allowing us flexibility to steam clean without needing to constantly unplug/plug the cleaner in.

Amazing Design and Build Quality

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have just unpacked it.
I am amazed by the design, the accessories and of course the "Neat" ...ness of the product !!
It is so well designed and the build quality for the price is amazing ! So easy to use !

Not as powerful as described.

Doesn’t clean like described. Still have to scrub my grout!

Thank you for your feedback. Cleaning grout is indeed a tough task. Even with a steam cleaner, some scrubbing is still needed. The best tools to use are the nylon or brass brush together with the lance. We recommend steaming the grout from multiple angles or using circular movements until you find the “sweet spot” where the dirty water starts coming out of the grout. Then, take a microfiber cloth and wipe away the dirty water.
