One Step Deep Cleaning

I bought this product as my third step floor cleaning process, as I launched a non-toxic cleaning business. This has become my most utilized tool in my own home and those I service. It is the ultimate cleaning tool for any home; I no longer need a 3-step floor cleaning process as this steamer can do it all. With a simple showing of what this tool can do my friends & family have began to buy this steamer with no hesitation as its a great product. My favorite things to clean are dirty grout and tiles + the bathroom has become a breeze. It has high heat, even steam and is compact; everything I could hope for in a steamer. Dupray has excellent customer service, if you need any help or issues they will go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this tool and company.

I'm very pleased with my little 'steam box' it's so good and such a great help for me. I run a home boarding for dogs business so my kitchen and snug can get very dirty. I leave the steam on full then go back over the floor with a clean cloth and use the steam on and off. I do this because the steam on full all the time leaves the floor very wet. I can't manage the window cleaner it sadly makes the windows too wet but all in all it really is a great little machine

I love my neat steam cleaner . It makes a ton of dry steam , it cleans grout , the fridge , glass the stove . I've even cleaned my fabric furniture with it . It has helped me peel paint off concrete floor that I couldn't scrape off until I hit it with steam. The tank holds alot of water and I haven't had to stop what I was doing to refill yet .

After reading many reviews about the NEAT i decided to buy it. Owning a small cleaning company i needed something lightweight but powerful. The compact design and accessories it comes with are great for all over the house use. I found that this steamer compared to others i have takes sometime to heat up,also i found it wasnt as powerful when steaming floors, i had to stop a few times as i could sense it needed to generate more steam. Steaming the oven, shower doors and windows however were fine as i wasnt constantly using the steam so enough steam was being produced inbetween blasts. The overall quality of the accessories is very good however the nylon and brass brushes were falling off during use as there is no lock mechanism to keep them in place whilst cleaning. Having to wait 20 mins inbetween refills was slightly irritating especially when your in the flow of cleaning. Another moan is that there is no indicator of when the water is running low. Overall i am happy with my purchase but maybe i noticed these small things as i own other steamers alongside this one. Would recommend purchasing for occasional use.

told my sibling to purchase this product , because we needed a chemical free way of cleaning the family house. I bought another one, after I moved into my own home. I have told all my friends and my flatmates to buy this steam machine, they have seen how it works and said they were impressed as to how strong and how durable the machine truly is. Dupray do not play games when you need a replacement or have missing accessories. The only negative is that there should be a light to indicate when the water tank is actually full, it's very hard to determine if the water is full, sometimes you have to clean the boiler using a vinegar product as advised in the instructions manual, every 20 hours of usage. Also, it does take a few minutes to heat up, but, that's excused when you have to move your things around in the house, or run an errand. the boiler is not heavy, when carrying it, and it's lightweight. The actual hoses are made from good quality , but sometimes the pipe tangles so you have to make sure it's all straight. Extension lead is very good length for moving . 2 year warranty and lifetime on boiler. Put your trust with Dupray. ALSO, You can wash the microfibre clothes, they honestly give a generous amount of attachments, in my opinion, as opposed to other companies. leaking or burst of water coming out from the end. overflowing happens sometimes, makes me think that I did something wrong, I always use a kettle and measure accurately, but still overflows.

I really like the Neat steam cleaner. I have hardwoods and procelain tile that come out wonderfully. I also just used the steam cleaner in my fibergalss shower and I was really impressed. I highly recommend the Neat steam cleaner.

Effective for floors but not for carpets and rugs. As a rectangular tool, a brush is missing, which I had with the Vaporettos, however.

What an excellent little machine this is. I have had 3 steam cleaners (one combination mop and one cylinder) and this one knocks the others out of the park. It’s sturdy, the brushes, etc are fit for purpose and the steam output is first rate. So far, I’ve used it on tiles, shower room grout, carpet, glass and greasy stuff in the kitchen and I can’t fault the results. The sheer build quality is great and it feels like it will last a long time. It makes cleaning a pleasure ... almost (I’m not a complete masochist!). If I had to come up with one gripe it would be this - at this price there ought to be a storage bag for the brushes , cloths, etc (the lance components are easy to stand up in a cupboard with the main tank). But overall? Good job, Dupray. One very satisfied customer. x
