Love this thing!!!

I bought this two years ago and I love it. It reminds me of a giant Apple phone charger lol. I like the sleek design and ease of use. Just fill it up, push the button, and wait for the water to heat up. Takes about 10-15 minutes. Couple things I would change to give this a 5 star: 1: A retractable cord would be a hell of a lot easier to manage. Wrapping the cord back up on the bottom of the unit after using is annoying and because it is so long, it takes forever and it is a little hard to wrap. 2: I would add some type of window on the side of the tank to show the water level. Other than those two things, I absolutely love my Dupray! I use it a couple times a week on my floors, and once a month on my sectional sofa. I also use it to sanitize my dog's bed. If Dupray comes out with this same steamer but with a more convenient cord, I would consider selling mine and purchasing a new one.

Excelent steam Mop

We have been using different brands steam mops for more than 10 years. We have used the Dupray steam cleaner for the last y wo years. We can assure it is the best on the market. The other steam mops never exhibited the high quality we have found on the NEAT steam Cleaner. We are witnesses not only of the great presentation, the durability of the exterior materials, the easy use and maintenance but also the great appearance of our marble and ceramic floors . It is a great equipment for cleaning and disinfecting floors and other kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Their support and customer service is excellent. We had a great experience with Nolan D. From the Customer service Team. For all of these we recommend the Neat Steam Cleaner as a great aid for your home cleaning, maintenance and higiene.

Effective beyond my expectations

Read the instructions before using as there may be some aspects of the device that an inexperienced user (like myself) are worth noting. Most notably, when refilling the water tank keep the steam release trigger pressed open to release the tank's pressure, or the built-up pressure in the tank will substantially impede the refilling of the tank. The result can be underfilling the tank. Also note that if the tank needs refilling, turn off the power and let it cool 20-30 minutes. When you first turn on the steamer when the indicator light turns green, your initial discharge will likely have some hot water in it. But in less than a minute you get steam only as the conduit heats up. This machine has cleaned previously uncleanable tile floors and has 99% eradicated my bedbug problem. I am optimistic that repeated treatments will get the last 1%. Finally something that kills their eggs. An excellent purchase.

I had tried another brand in the past and it is nothing comparable to this one! It is impressive! Light, robust and very powerful. I even started to enjoy cleaning the house, especially the bathroom! I'm glad I don't use toxic and abrasive products to remove mold stains from the shower joints anymore! Also, I had to call customer service with a question and WOW! OUTSTANDING service. After owning this product for some time I'll start by saying what I dont like, and what needs improving. The funnel area to fill the machine is too small, even whenever pulling the trigger it takes some time to fill and to empty. Also, with calcium build up its hard to flush that calcium out with such a small hole. A bleeder valve would be nice to release steam/pressure whenever done. Funnel opening needs to be bigger for sure or a way to be able to clean the elements. Things I like, you can clean anything and it does an amazing job. I do car detailing and whenever I bring the Neat out people are crazy about it. I also like it doesn't take long for your surface to dry, whether it be floors or upholstery. I convinced my grandmother to buy one, now I'm working on the mother in law. Upgrades to this unit for the price would be appreciated as I would just sell my old unit and buy the Neat 2.0 with a bigger funnel / easier boiler cleaning functionality.

I hadn't heard of steam cleaning or Dupray before I saw a store carry the Home one. Pros: It's compact, powerful, priced well, shipping is fast, accessories. Cord stores neatly underneath. I've used it to clean almost everything in my apartment and it's done a great job for about 99% of things. I shared the link to this with friends. Cons: The hose is long without a proper way to store it, I'm still trying to figure out the best way, maybe on a hanger in a closet? Same with the accessories, but those are easier, a small reusable grocery bag. The cord stores underneath the unit, which is tidy but annoying loading and unloading it for use. Fill tank: You have to guess while filling it up, and while using it how close to running out you are. There's no fill indicator. You're also not able to fill while using, but the entry level product from another German company has that option, and I was wondering if it's worth returning this one and getting that one since they're almost at the same price point. For now, I'm loving the NEAT, so I'm keeping it. Things I've used it on: Windows, window sills, blinds, bathrooms, mirrors, oven, microwave, mattresses, spots on carpet, stuffed animals and clothes. I'm pretty obsessed with using it. If I could, I'd spring for the top of the line because it's such a fantastic way to clean. Aside from occasional spluttering, I'm pretty happy with this product and completely recommend it for the price point.

I just got my steamer today. I started in the kitchen. My cabinets were gross, they are old cabinets that were probably put in when the house was built and they had been painted white and they were just gross looking. Now they practically look new. I will still need to repaint them at some point but man they look good! Then I cleaned my baseboards, my back door. Cleaned my baseboards in my long hallway along with the walls/doors. Then on to my kids' bathroom. OMG I am in love with this thing! I don't know where it has been my whole life! I just ordered 2 more lances (an extra one to dedicate to the bathroom and one to dedicate to the kitchen because I think they need their own because of you know germs, while I appreciate this thing sanitizes I don't feel comfortable using the same one in both places and of course I have already made baggies up to keep my brushes separate).
