Steamer works great, does what it’s intended to. My only complaint is there is no where for the hose to hook or hang on the machine for when you’re not using it. A side hook would be an improvement.

I love this steamer—it has a powerful enough steam to power out tough dirt and it cleans without chemicals. I’ve owned other brands in the past but this one is by far the best one I’ve ever owned. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

I bought this to clean my floors and tile showers. It's hard to see if it really cleaned the floors since the microfiber pad isn't super dirty afterwards and there's no dirty water bucket to dump out. The floors are definitely wet but nobody knows if the microfiber pad actually picked up anything. The microfiber is my main issue. This review won't let me post a photo but as soon as you use the cleaner, the pad shrinks at least 2 inches on all sides. It now has black marks on the part that the steam comes in contact with. They don't come out in the wash. Other steamers have a bigger mop pad surface too which makes this take longer.
