Efficient!

I have used the floor cleaner for a couple of months. It works great for me. Nothing like being able to vacuum and clean the kitchen floor in 15-20 minutes! One thing I would like to see is a easy hand hold for balancing the unit while going up and down the stairs.

For carrying the unit, there is a pull-out handle located at the top of the machine that can help when moving it up and down stairs. We hope this makes transporting it a little easier, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

It’s a MUST

I bought the steamer primarily because I have a white tile shower with white grout that shows yellowing - and is a beer to clean. I’ve always considered myself a “clean freak” - so the fact that the grout is yellowing is not for lack of trying. This machine is AMAZING. Included are some before and after photos - you can clearly see where I had cleaned and where I had yet to do.
Not only did it clean the shower like a dream, but my floors / hardwood, LVT and tile. I got kids handprints off the walls and doors, grease off the kitchen backsplash, and dirt off a fabric chair with white upholstery. I am OBSESSED with this thing.
Some reviews complain about the cord being underneath - but I actually love that it stores away. Also it’s a good reminder to pour out any remaining water to avoid mold, and tie up the cord while doing so (photo attached).
Finally, I had a hard time, deciding between the neat and neat plus, but ultimately went with the neat to save a few dollars in the event that it didn’t wow me… well first of all, it absolutely wowed me, and secondly, some of the more “basic features “such as the longer heat up time really or not an inconvenience at all. I pour the water in it, plug it in, and then use that time to clean something else, vacuum the floor before I’m about to steam it etc. The machine goes for 50 minutes and by then I’m ready for a break anyways or a child needs something lol - the lower price machine is absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and grab it!

Crisp & clean without chemicals

I've been eyeing this machine for a year and am so glad that I finally bought it! It's a very straightforward process to get started, has a sleek design, and does a great job cleaning. The first week it arrived, I immediately steam cleaned the floor and wall tile in our showers and bathrooms (using the detail brushes) and also steamed the laminate floors throughout the house (using the extenders, floor attachment, and soft velcro pads) and our house smelled so crisp, clean, really of NOTHING. I love that this machine sanitizes and doesn't use any harsh chemicals. Love, love - wish I had bought it sooner!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as powerful as described.

Thank you for your feedback. Cleaning grout is indeed a tough task. Even with a steam cleaner, some scrubbing is still needed. The best tools to use are the nylon or brass brush together with the lance. We recommend steaming the grout from multiple angles or using circular movements until you find the “sweet spot” where the dirty water starts coming out of the grout. Then, take a microfiber cloth and wipe away the dirty water.

Works fine but some annoyances.
-Plastic handle can get real hot the longer its on and not being used,
-Nowhere to see water level
-Spits water out when pulling the trigger every time for like 2 seconds.
-Wrapping up the cord on the very bottom is a horrible design and extremely awkward to hold the thing above head and wrap it around, easy to come undone too. Should have been a hook attachment on the back like the TOSCA.

Overall its just ok and the user experience could be greatly improved. If you got the money, get the TOSCA, better in every way from what im seeing.

The points you raised about the handle heating up, the lack of a visible water level, the initial water spitting, and the cord storage design are all valid usability concerns, and I can absolutely understand how these would affect your experience
While the handle may become warm during use, it should not get hot. If the handle becomes hot, there may be an issue with one of the components inside it.
Because steam cleaners are pressurized devices, it is unfortunately not possible to include a visual water level gauge. That said, some of our other machines do feature a low-water indicator to signal when the water inside the unit is running low.
As for the cord storage, the unit’s compact design is the reason the cord wraps around the bottom. However, I completely understand how awkward that can be in practice. One thing that may help is laying the machine on its side while wrapping the cord, as this can make the process a bit easier.
You are also correct about the initial squirt of water when using the machine again after it has been sitting. This is normal and happens because the steam trapped in the hose condenses back into water. A quick spray into a sink or cloth before use should resolve the issue.
The Tosca is definitely a great investment, especially if you clean a lot of grout or have a larger home. Thanks to its higher temperature and pressure, it can help reduce cleaning time and offers a more premium overall experience.

Hize la compra y me descontaron el dinero de mi cuenta al día de hoy no aparece como enviado y no sale el tracking number para hacer seguimiento prometieron enviarlo el lunes y aún no aparece que haya sido enviado. A parte les escribes un correo y te dicen que revisa si tu producto es de un lote defectuoso como vas a saberlo sin siquiera recibirlo además ellos deben enviarte uno que no sea de ese lote ellos son los que saben

Ehhhh, not my favorite...

I have had this steamer for about a year now, and I'm not convinced I love it. The microfiber cleaning pads are almost too smooth to be able to scrub tile floors once it's gotten really wet, which then leaves the floor really wet. They seem made more to clean wood flooring. The machine itself definitely gets hot which I appreciate, but given that I purchased it to replace a Bissell floor cleaner, if I can't scrub the floor, it's not really worth it to me. I do like the accessories for cleaning other things, coupled with the high heat, it definitely gets the job done. But given it's cost and the fact that I can't scrub my floors the way I'd like too, this is just not a great purchase for me.
Dupry, please make some floor pads that have a little more grit to them to scrub tile floors!
