I purchased the NEAT steam cleaner nine months ago and have been using it weekly to clean my house, including the floors, toilet, sink, and tub. After waiting about 5 minutes for the unit to heat up, it provides a virtually unlimited supply of steam for cleaning tasks. I particularly appreciate the steam nozzle, which is excellent for disinfecting hard-to-reach areas like the hinges of the toilet seat. For added peace of mind, I still use a disinfectant spray on the toilet once a month to ensure no germs are present. For all other surfaces, I rely exclusively on the steam cleaner and have not noticed any signs of bacterial growth. As with typical mopping, it's important to ensure the floor is free of dust and dirt before using the steam mop; otherwise, the dirt will be pushed to the edges and corners. Overall, I am very happy with the NEAT steam cleaner.

I was a little hectic on purchasing this machine but wow I absolutely love it. Did my windows floors carpets and couch’s. Absolutely Love it.

I’ve had my DUPRAY Neat steam for almost two months now and I love it !! I clean houses and I have to say it’s worth the moneys and it’s a great investment!!!

Great for deep cleaning literally anything

I love the Dupray! It cleans everything, and I mean EVERYTHING really well. The only cons would be that you have to stop often while steaming to wait for the light to go back to green and the steamer to heat up again. Also, a potato rolled off my kitchen counter and landed on my Dupray causing a very large crack in the top of it. I am disappointed it is not built a bit more sturdy. I never would have guessed a potato could cause so much damage! But it still works and I still love it!

I am SO pleased with the NEAT Steam Cleaner. Effective in EVERY room in my home and leaves surfaces clean and sanitized. I choose to add 3 drops of lemon oil to the chamber and my home smells AMAZING. Two things would add to the wonder of this machine: 1) Stronger clips to hold cloths 2) More accessories! The best feature may be the price point.

I really love this product in the ease of it to use around my house. It does an amazing job on the grout and picking up tough stains. I am looking forward to using it on my carpet to see what can be done.

A great way to clean chemical free

I really like this machine. It does what is advertised. You can clean just about anything with it. The only complaint I have is that it’s a little bulky and awkward to store.
