I bought Neat about 2 years ago and it works perfectly. We use it almost revert eeek to clean the floors and even the walls. Easy to use!

I’ve used this product numerous times and each time I’ve been 100% satisfied with the results. I’ve cleaned the couch, the bed, floors and the oven. The couch and bed dried super quick as well and the best part is this product does not use any harsh chemicals. It can get loud though especially if you’re in a small space such as the oven however i just used some ear plugs and that did the trick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a while ago to help clean my tiles, but it doesn't really do anything. Not like the videos or testimonials at all. It's helpful sometimes on baseboards, but nothing that's really tough to get rid of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a workhorse

From cleaning floors to cleaning up mold this is a great steamer. We’ve used it in my son’s apartment to clean the sliding glass doors - removing all the grime in the tracks to shining up the windows. Also his bedroom window was covered in mold and this little workhorse has successfully removed all of it.

The Neat steamer is a great smaller machine for home use. I have had my Neat Steam cleaner for many years and it still works great. I also have a 2 Hill Steamers and a Tosca steamer which at great for bigger jobs. If your looking for a great smaller steamer with lots of power the Neat Steamer is the one for you.

The best for tile cleaning

Have had this for a few months now and love it. Works great for cleaning out water stains on grout, even recently used it on my truck cleaning where my son soilled milk that we didn’t know about until it got extremely smelly. Now no more smell and a super clean floor.
