I like it but it is a little stiff when using the volume buttons and the off buttons on the sides at first. However I am hoping the volume buttons and off button will soften up after a little more time.

My hope was that with use it would wear in as my last Otterbox was a bit stiff but in a few weeks it was great. This one is getting worse. I have a Galaxy J7 from T-Mobile. Not sure if that makes a difference. I did strike me as odd that the flash is blocked.

We are sorry that this Symmetry case is not fitting your Galaxy J7 as well as it should. This is strange as our cases are designed to work seamlessly with their device. If you happen to have the 2016 Galaxy J7 then that would explain the poor fit. This Symmetry was specifically designed for the 2017 version of the J7 and will not be compatible with the 2016 phone.
