Excellent Laser Level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So simple and great to use. Been using this for close to a month and can't be happier. The magnet is great and makes it super easy to attach it to anything magnetic. The magnet is very sturdy and has no problems holding the tool (probably much more as well). The base can also be added to a tripod, pretty standard but so useful when you don't have anything magnetic around. I have used some very expensive lasers and this can do everything those can and seems to be just as accurate from my non scientific testing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well thought out with multiple uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this Laser level a few weeks ago. Very well thought out tool/packaging. One of the nice thing is the hard case and the battery storage area built into the case. Convenient to carry spare batteries or if you're and infrequent user, a reminder to remove the batteries for long term storage.
The self leveling feature takes the guess work out of setup. The green laser is bright enough to be seen in daylight.
Good product and worth the price.

Great for DIY'er

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a DIYer and this works great what I need. Very easy to use. I have only used it couple times so far to hang a set of frames and some long shelves. I had a amazon camera tripod that I was able to mount it on to use (for those that dont have the Dewalt tripod) however since it was meant for a camera it does not have the height of the Dewalt tripod. It saved me a lot of time on measuring and double checking. would definitely recommend for other DIYers.

Great little laser but it seems a sensor lock.

This dewalt laser is great for the price and dependable to a point. It doesn’t have a lock so a fall or some heavy movement will throw off the sensor and then you have to Calibrate it or have it serviced. You should really add a lock it would make make it a easy choice for construction workers knowing it won’t be off alignment so easy. But other than that a great laser

After having used a friends laser level, I decided to get my very own laser. This thing is great but get yourself some spare batteries because it chews them up. Other than that, I love how bright the green laser is ( yes its worth the extra cash) and that you can see it during the day when most people would use their laser levels. This thing has so many uses that I was able to easily justify the price. I think it would be great if it had a lock and plumb feature available on some others. I knocked it one star for the battery situation. Carrying case is great and solid. Although I haven't used the ceiling joist mount I imagine it would be useful for some. The tripod mount is perfect and fits most standard tripods and the magnetic mount is awesome. I have used it on the metal corner beads and it is great.

The most durable line laser

Finaly decided to write it a 5 start review after dropping it 30 feet onto concrete off a lift. Not even a scratch. 5 stars for durability, 5 stars for light, 4 stars on magnets
