Could be Great, but, no manuals so . .

User guide included says "BEFORE using the laser for your first project, download the User Manual and follow the instructions for checking the calibration/accuracy. Have spent 15 minutes on line looking for the aforementioned user guide, no luck. The link to the user guide takes you to the repair page - what does that tell you about the quality? Turns on easily, has green lines, impossible to trust without verification however.

A thin Green line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a HVAC contractor, I have been wanting a small laser because having a straight line for reference is always handy when running pipe or conduit. Measuring and marking works, but I would then have to find the always missing tape measure! The AA batteries had me nervous as far as longevity of use, but I was pleasantly surprised! The unit came in a carrying case, which is a must for any laser. The case is tough and holds all the stuff for the laser including a spot for batteries. Instructions are minimal, but sufficient, the flashing laser beam confused me, but a quick search explained that the unit was too far out of level to auto correct. Initially I had to adjust my expectations as I am accustom to 360 degree lasers, once reminded that this unit is a baby laser not a big boy I was good! I like the brackets for different mounting situations, I LOVE the magnet. My "big boy" 360 laser is much more costly and cumbersome to haul around, the portability and ease of use make this tool really handy! Beam: Green is easier to see, reach of the beam is acceptable. Rugged-yup I've dropped it with no issues. I loaned it to a general contractor friend of mine, He was impressed with the visibility of the green laser, its reach and longevity of batteries. Did I mention I love the magnet for mounting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a DIYer and this works great what I need. Very easy to use. I have only used it couple times so far to hang a set of frames and some long shelves. I had a amazon camera tripod that I was able to mount it on to use (for those that dont have the Dewalt tripod) however since it was meant for a camera it does not have the height of the Dewalt tripod. It saved me a lot of time on measuring and double checking. would definitely recommend for other DIYers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this Laser level a few weeks ago. Very well thought out tool/packaging. One of the nice thing is the hard case and the battery storage area built into the case. Convenient to carry spare batteries or if you're and infrequent user, a reminder to remove the batteries for long term storage. The self leveling feature takes the guess work out of setup. The green laser is bright enough to be seen in daylight. Good product and worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So simple and great to use. Been using this for close to a month and can't be happier. The magnet is great and makes it super easy to attach it to anything magnetic. The magnet is very sturdy and has no problems holding the tool (probably much more as well). The base can also be added to a tripod, pretty standard but so useful when you don't have anything magnetic around. I have used some very expensive lasers and this can do everything those can and seems to be just as accurate from my non scientific testing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best laser level that I have used. I love the setup that it comes with, sturdy molded case, strong magnets that allow you to stick this level nearly anywhere and the bonus suspended ceiling bracket is awesome too. It is a bit sensitive to move and readjust, but this thing is Quality built, and dead on accurate. Of the many brands I’ve tried, this one is by far the most visible in daylight which is saying something. I also like the ability to screw mount to a tripod for ease of making adjustments as needed. But overall, I say this level is worth the money and it will make your life easier if you are a licensed contractor or just a DIYer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of use I don’t know how I ever managed without it. Lasers are a great investment and this one takes the cake. The casing holds up well. It was dropped from 3 feet and only had minor blemishes and no functionality issues. Overall it had the appropriate amount of deviation of 1/8” over the 65’ span, but we found that to only apply to the left side of the line. The right side was in tighter tolerance of 1/16”. The only thing that worries me is the pendulum doesn’t lock so it will rattle around if shook. This may lead to damage later, but as for now it seems to be holding up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this laser level to use in comparison with the one I was previously using (a different brand) on job sites. I am partially color blind and had a very hard time seeing the red laser line with the other set up past 5-6 ft. from the unit. I was pleasantly surprised when I turned this unit on and could see the vibrant green line the entire way around the room. When it comes to using the unit, there are lots of positives. The mounting bracket, although mostly plastic, is very sturdy in its construction. The pivot bracket is also sturdy and I found no deviation when rotating the unit side to side, when mounted. The magnets are strong and hold the unit in place without sliding. I liked the fact that there is a stop point on the mounting bracket to which you can set the pivot bracket to with consistency. It’s gives the user the ability to remove the unit from the mounting bracket, use it else where, and then put it back and not have to worry about readjusting it. Unit is extremely accurate. I do high end custom cabinetry and generally work to 1/32” of an inch when building and installing (try to work by the saying “aim small, miss small”) so accuracy is key. Over the distance of 22’ ,from unit to wall, I was able to figure out that there was just under 1/32” deviation.
Cons One thing that I wish this unit had was a field of view that was slightly past 180*. There was a point during initial setup on a job that I had to reset the laser due to it not being able to cover all needed areas at once. Another thing I can see potentially becoming an issue with consistent use is the screw holes on the mounting bracket. Due to the bracket being plastic, there may be a chance to wear through those hole over time.
Overall this is a sturdy, well built accurate unit that is very easy to calibrate and use as long as you take the time to do it properly.
