I've never been much of a coffee drinker. I enjoyed a holiday blend periodically. I had an old, large size Keurig that was a gift. It stopped working after 13 years. I wanted to have a coffee maker available for my friends and family when they visit. I shopped around and decided on this pot. I love the frother and ease of filling the water reservoir. I'm discovering different hot drinks and enjoying my new coffee maker much more than I ever thought I would. I've learning to tell the difference in coffees and finding some favorites that I look forward to drinking daily!

On my second one and still not impressed

Our first SMART cafe completely stopped working the first week we had it. Dealing with the warranty process was a nuisance, but we were eventually able to get a replacement. Now, the new replacement cannot “read” the k-cups a lot of the time, so we are left having to open and close the lid or unplug the entire unit to get it to kick in to start the brew process. I will not be purchasing this model again. I have had 2 other less fancy models that have lasted years, and this one has been a complete disappointment from the start. Our previous coffee maker (Keurig) was actually still working when we decided to upgrade, and looking back, I wish we would’ve just waited to replace it or gotten something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've owned three different Keurig models, and this one is by far my favorite. I love the frother, and the coffee just generally tastes better. I've really enjoyed making more of my favorite coffee drinks from home instead of going out to a coffee shop to purchase them. My husband has never been completely sold on Keurig coffee makers, until now.

Love the coffee maker overall, but the frother has already stopped working. Which is a big disappointment since it's the main reason I purchased this unit. It frothed beautifully two times and since then all I get is steamed milk, zero froth. For context, I've had this unit for approximately 3 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine checked all the boxes for me! However after only having it for 3.5 months it’s already giving me trouble. I have to lift the handle several times to get the machine to “wake up” and when I put a pod in and close the top the screen just circles. I have one 6oz coffee a day! I’ve never spent this much on a coffee maker…I expected better!

I am absolutely in love with my Keurig. It’s so sleek and elegant. It works amazingly and the convenience of a built in frother makes me love it even more! If you haven’t purchased it already then you need too!

Upgraded and so happy we did. We had the previous brewer/frother combination for the last 3+ years and were satisfied with it but this newer version is so much better - both for the brewing quality and the frothing. I like having additional options for coffee strength and levels for frothing. I highly recommend this brewer!
