Great product but a little over the top. We only got this because of the frother. Wi-finis overkill and silly because you need to have a k cup queued in order to take advantage of that option. The smart features actually slow down the coffee maker compared to the other versions.
Love our new Keurig. Coffee tastes so good and we are getting ready to set the Wi-fi up for better benefits. Thank you. Have used Keurig for a long time. Love it.

This is a replacement for a previous Keurig. I have been unable to get it to connect to the WiFi. The iced coffee function doesn't make the desired ounces of coffee

It also includes an Enhanced Brew Over Ice option for 8, 10, or 12 oz drinks, brewing half the selected volume to ensure great taste after dilution. Already running into a lot of errors with this machine. It seems like they rushed it out before getting the software right. I am frequently told to add water when the carafe is already full, or told that the brewer won't start until the frother is done when the frother isn't even being used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
