It’s pretty, and customer service is great, but that’s all. I bought this machine in September and I had to send it back because the one I received looked used. They immediately sent me a new one which was nice, but no matter how many times I wash the reservoir and the milk frother, they both have a very strong chemical smell. Also, the Wi-Fi option does not work on mine, it hasn’t worked at all and our internet is great. I wish I could return it and get my money back.

The best Keurig single serve ever! You can make you coffee from your Keurig K-Caf SMART, or from the app for your phone. Right temperature for the type of K-cup you choose, or you can customize size and temperature. This is the quickest hot cup of Joe. Makes a great latte. This machine is awesome!

Too complicated for it's own good

This machine requires use of an app to make latte and cappuccino, and to be connected to wifi. Unfortunately, it uses old gen 2.4 hz wifi, not the current standard of 5.0 hz.
Nice design but returned it due to requirement of app and wifi. I want a cup of coffee, not fumbling through an app and worrying about getting it connected to wifi first thing in the morning.

Good coffee and tea maker BUT i dont like that you can only make coffe or tea and not froth milk at the same time. You have to wait for 1 to be dobe to turn on the other. Love the online features and customize

OMG! This coffee maker is the bomb! We purchased the K Cafe with frother. Game changer. Love, love, love being able to make cappuccinos at home. Made a hot chocolate cappuccino. Packet of sugar free Swiss Miss, 6 ounces of hot water, hot frothy milk and miniature marshmallows. Dessert in a cup! Looking forward to trying more recipes!
