I am totally impressed with this coffee maker. I love the variety of settings and how easy it is to use it. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this machine! The multifunction capabilities are great. Strength of brew, Oz size, iced coffee, temperature option on heating options, frother. It is very versatile. I feel like a barista when making coffees and adding the froth on top.

Super glad I decided to buy this instead of the nesppresso machine I was considering! I love the milk froth part and that the machine doesn’t take up much counter space.

I love Keurig over-all. The only thing that I don't like on the new Keurig is the 5 holes, I have experienced more coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this because my Keurig carafe/pod maker stopped working. I only drink regular black coffee, however, my mother only drinks special coffees and since she is visiting I purchased this model and I'm having lot's of fun trying out different recipes with different types of coffees in cold/hot. For example, I just found out today that it can froth in cold and I thought it only did hot. I'm still trying to learn the "smart" feature but so far I love it!
