First time purchasing and using a Keurig. So far, I am enjoying it. I had a small issue onset, but a phone agent took wonderful care of me and in no time my concern was fixed. I also felt that a guide should be inputted in the box to help new user learn how to effortlessly work the machine. I highly recommend Keurig for all coffee drinkers.
I purchased this machine and it has proved to be a great purchase. I love the taste of my coffee more now.

This coffee maker is delightful and a breeze to use once you use it a couple times. The frother is easy to use but doesn’t froth the milk as well as a steamer of course. One problem I’m having is a few grounds dropping in my coffee. I’m hoping Keurig can address this issue.

We had a Keurig before and it wasn't working properly. This one works well, but is glitchy. Sometimes, it wants you to use the frother when you hadn't ask it to. When you use the reusable pod, you can't adjust the strength. But after now complaining - I like the coffee maker quite a bit. It is faster and quieter than the old one and when you can adjust strength it makes really good coffee. The new five point drip seems to do a better job than the one point of previous Keurigs.

Great upgrade from previous cafe model. It heats and froths the milk so well. I was hesitant in getting it as I wasn’t happy with the older model but so glad I purchased it.

I am really impressed with this unit. It is compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I like the smart feature that reads the pod and knows how to brew the best cup of coffee!
