Honestly I’m such a coffee addict, and with the built in frother it helps me make the perfect latte. The different modes and with the help of the app it’s so easy to use! Recommend 100%

Love this updated brewer! However, if the system can’t read the pod, the punch penetrates the pod over the QR code, the system struggles to let you brew a cup of coffee. It just sits there and says Brew ID in theLED screen and doesn’t allow me to bypass and start the hewing process. Maybe this is user error?

I want to love this machine but today it went out and I have no idea why. This is my 2nd one. The first one the Frother stopped working so I sent it back and they sent me a replacement. Again, I have no idea what happened. Overall I really do love the machine but I just don't understand why they keep going out on me. I gave it 4 stars because when it was working I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, it's just that each time I get one it goes out. I just got into coffee and I love it now so to wake up and can't fix me a cup really made me upset. Now I will say customer service was very nice in getting me a replacement and I hope this will be the case again.

nice maker except when connecting to wifi is difficult also when setting up schuduled time to make coffee the feature does not work.

I love my new Keurig! I can make coffee in so many different ways, even by using the Keurig app on my phone anywhere in the world! The app also has Barista Mode which gives step by step instructions for any kind of coffee creation you can think of. Goodbye, Starbucks!

I absolutely love this machine. After doing a lot of research, it was between a Nespresso Vertuo machine and this Keurig. After reading mixed reviews about the Nespresso, I went with this Keurig as my choice and am so glad I did.
