I really like this smart brewer. I love being able to start my morning brew before I get out of bed. The multi-stream technology really improves the flavor over traditional single-serve brewers. There are a few things that need improvement. I often have to open and close the lid several times before it recognizes the pod. Then it takes more time to find it.

Was never able to connect it to my wifi. I've emailed and called. I always get the same response. I have the correct wifi. It connects to everything else, but will not connect to this machine

The frother does not froth as good as I thought it was. The pressure is very low and all it does is heat up the milk and move it around doesn’t really make it frothy. I find I have to go back with my hand held frother to get it to thicken up some. Not worth the money for me.

Great machine. Smart tech works great and the frother is one of the best I've found. This is well worth the money in my opinion. Gets the best out of the Keurig cup too.

This coffee maker is great! It makes such tasty coffee, both regular and specialties. The frother is easy to use and clean. The water pitcher is the best I’ve seen on a Keurig. So easy to use! I’m totally satisfied with my purchase.
