Coffee maker doesn’t work it stays in waiting mode and I put a pot in and it won’t brew a cup of coffee. I want to return this for a refund. Also, you can only use the pod once and some of us like large cups of coffee where it’s 16 ounces you can’t use this coffee maker to brew a second portion of coffee.

This machine is phenomenal. I love that they added WiFi so I can brew in the morning and have it ready when I stumble downstairs and not have to wait for my first cup of joy. I love that they solved the high altitude issue of the cup shooting coffee grounds into the nozzles when you close the lid. I like the QR code telling the machine what temp to brew at and even if it should be a 6 Oz cup instead of my usual 8. Haven’t used enough for auto audio yet but what a deal!
I have waited for this all my life.

We had a previous version of the frothed/Keurig combo and this new one really does make the coffee taste so much better. For that alone it was worth it but it also counts how many kcups you have remaining and auto orders more. You can adjust if you have additional kcups or skip a shipment if you aren’t ready. So worth it. If you’re on the fence, do it! You won’t be disappointed

This new model has numerous upgrades. There is no waiting for the drip to start, which means the unit is always heating the water and doesn't have the rolling boiling sound as the water heats. The sleek design of the water reservoir makes it easy to fill, even from my refrigerator. There are a few new features that make it easy to customize your drink to your liking. This is definitely an upgrade from previous models.

Excellent coffee maker the smart features really work well, unfortunately I had a problem with new coffee maker after a few days of use however Keurig was quick to resolve the problem and shipped me a new coffee maker immediately.
