I had given up coffee for almost 4 yrs...then i started buying iced coffee ,,when i saw this i thought now i can do it all at home..This is not my 1st Keurig...but is sure a major upgrade to the one i had!!! I was disappointed with one thing...I couldnt use Rakuten cash back as I used a Keurig code for a cheaper price.Then 1 week after purchase my coffee maker went on sale for 5 % more!!!

I was looking for a replacement Keurig for my office - (I can't stand the coffee the company provides!) - and my old Keurig (and I mean OLD!) has gotten noisy. I was too lazy to figure out the noise (yet). I knew I wasn't going to consider any other coffee maker; I've always been happy with my Keurigs. While perusing the Keurig site, I stumbled across this little coffee maker and OMGoodness - it has a frother? I bit, and bought. I've been using it for a few weeks now. Who knew I could actully have a sweet latte or a cappuccino fresh in my office? The frothing system is self-contained, easy-to-use and clean. My first latte was heavenly! I am so pleased with my impulsive purchase. I only have two complaints - 1. I don't use disposable pods (and never will), I use reusable pods, so I was disheartened by the price. The only way to get a break was to buy into the bundled items (and subscribe) and I can't do that to the environment. 2. I wish I could get it in pink!

The coffee maker part works as expected, but Keurig need to develop a better method to froth the milk and make it easier to mix the coffee with milk. Prior to purchasing this coffee maker I was using my Nespresso Lattissima Pro and I liked the way the machine worked and mixed the frothed milk with the coffee in one cup automatically. I wanted to go with Keurig because their pods are cheaper and I can save money over time, but I guess I got what I paid for. Over all the Keurig machine works, but you have to froth and mix your milk separately.
