I have had a keurig my whole life and the new one i just got i am not too satisfied with. There is no section on the keurig to set a time and it reads the k cup everytime even though i have the same one all the time i just want to put it in and atart brewing but it always takes forever to give me the option for normal brew. Also there is not enough space for travel mugs. My older version had the space to put it in there and the newer models just seem to be lacking that feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our first Keurig. We purchased this unit because we liked the frother, the one and two shot options, and the smart brewing feature. With the discounts Keurig was running the price was very reasonable and shipping was fast. We bought a variety pack of kcups and I haven't had one bad brew yet. Everything has tasted fantastic and with the signature brew option I put in the kcup and hit the big K button. We couldn't be happier with this unit!

I am truly enjoying the K-Caf Smart. After owning Keurig machines in the past and decided to upgrade to the Smart machine. I walk my dog early in the morning; I now come home and make myself a latte every morning. It has been a marvelous experience. Purchasing the Machine as part of the bundle was the way to go. I also appreciate that I can now control the temperature and the strength of my coffee and using the app has been so easy.

This is the best Keurig coffee machine. It brews coffe, teas, hot apple cider, iced tea, iced coffee, espero, capacinos, hot chocolate.

I really like this Keurig. This is the 3rd Keurig I have purchased & glad that I purchased the K-Cafe smart. I truly enjoy the frothing. Keurig’s customer service to me has been excellent; which nowadays is a plus.
