AWESOME!! AWESOME!! AWESOME!! I have never made a cappuccino before this!! Now- it is the only drink I make. I add a 1/2 teaspoon of honey, and the frothed milk is PERFECT!! I have friends stopping by to enjoy my new addition!!

This thing is amazing and so easy to use there's just 2 of us and we each usually only have one cup w day so it's nice to not have to brew a whole big pot. Also it's nice that I can put a pod in the night before and schedule it to be brewing as I'm waking up so I can start my husband's as soon as I get to the kitchen . The milk frother is nice too !

Milk frother not worth the orice

Thank you for your review Martin. In general, using fresher milk will produce a richer froth. Dairy milks tend to froth better than non-dairy alternatives such as almond milk or oatmilk, and some brands will perform better than others. Pouring to the “min” line will produce more froth than at the “max” line. Be sure to pour your froth and consume your beverage right away, as the quality of froth will decrease over time. Sleek, elegant, easy to use, and makes a FANTASTIC cup of coffee! Keep in mind that even though you schedule a brew is a little different from a tradition coffee pot maker. The Keurig App will notify you to approve the brew on the scheduled time you requested- so just make sure your k-cup and mug are in place.
Double shot of Costa Rica Paraiso and freshly frothed, extra creamy oatmilk..... heaven.

This is the quickest, easiest, perfect brew ever! Love the frother, so easy and no more messy steamer. The temperature control, and cup size in ounces are great features. Just wish it had more height to use a taller cup.

So Many Awesome Options!

I really wanted a Keurig machine that could do it all, and this does! You can make coffee over ice, brew hot coffee 6 oz-12 oz, do "shots," single or double, and froth hot or cold milk! I love that I can choose to make my coffee 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz! The 2-4 oz. are the "shots." I also really like that I can increase or decrease the levels of the strength and the temperature per cup; there are six options for each. Do be aware, this is only available for the brewed coffee (6-12 oz), not the iced or shots. Lots of times I think the temperature is too hot and I prefer a strong flavor, so I customize a 6 oz. brew coffee by lowering the temperature to "hot" or ""warmer" and increasing the strength to "intense" to my personal preference. I can save my choices by holding down the favorites button. The frother has individual buttons on it to change the options from cold to hot levels, and the bottom button starts the frother. I tried fresh whole milk and didn't get much froth, but perhaps a lower fat milk will froth better. This frother will not go super fast, so it will not work to make cold foam/sweet creams on top of your coffee; it is for milk frothing for lattes and cappuccinos only. I still am not sure about the three hot frothing buttons. The Smart Keurig was tricky figuring out how to use it. There is a qr code you scan on the back of the machine to pull up the app and connect online, however I do not have wifi in my house. You cannot use a hotspot or phone to operate the app and connect, you need a wifi in your house to use the machine with the extra Smart options. You can, however, operate the Smart Keurig completely without connecting to wifi, like me. There was no detailed instructions included, so I messed around with the machine to figure out how to operate it. Follow the general instructions to install the filter first. Then fill up the water tank, plug in the machine, and do the cleaning cycle. To make a kcup coffee, lift the lid, put in a cup, then close it. If it doesn't say "brew" and says "please wait," lift the lid again, wide open, and wait around ten second before attempting to shut it again. It should now allow you to choose your options to brew. If you want a classic brew, choose your ounces, temperature level, and flavor level. Click on the "K" to brew. If you want an iced coffee, fill a nonglass cup with ice and click the small button that looks like a glass with ice cubes in it, then click the k to brew. If you want the "shot" options, click the "shot" button and choose single or double shot by clicking the shot button multiple times, then click on the k to brew. Overall, I love this machine. I wish I could use the hotspot on my phone to access the extra online options, but I am very happy with it anyway. The amount of choices I have available to make my perfect coffee cup meets all my coffee needs!

Such a bad product.

First one I received worked for about 5 minutes Then was totally dead. Wouldn't turn on , nothing. Second one didn't work much longer. Really wanted a refund, but no , had to get a 3rd. Something is very wrong with that kind of unreliability of product. It has "worked" ok so far, but the design is awful. Can't put hardly any milk in frother, it doesn't get milk very warm, a pain to wash out daily because of wire whisk thingy inside frother. Difficult to put the thingy back in place also. I would advise NOT purchasing this mess
