I returned the K-Caf SMART because it felt like Keurig was trolling me. They knew when I set it up, my 1st brew, each mornings brew. So, if you don't mind Big brother watching you, this is the pot for you. Additionally, I had to pay the postage for the return. I am still waiting on my refund after the specified 7-10 days. I do not recommend.
I have owned a Keurig for several years and was happy. We purchased an RV and I needed a coffee maker. I reviewed the options and settled for the K-Caf Smart coffee maker for the house and placed the old unit in the RV. I am extremely happy with the different brewing options available through Wi-Fi and an app on my phone. Now I can make a cup of coffee from my phone. It comes with a Frother that whips up some great cappuccino specialities.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It will not connect to the internet, I have tried and tried l. So I still made a couple cups of coffee and it just tastes like water.

Wasteful and frustrating

If you want a Keurig that makes you a great cup of coffee ground water then this is the machine for you! Tired of being efficient with your other coffeemakers and using only the amount of coffee you need? Now you get to waste two to three times the amount because of the amazing “designs” of this new machine!…seriously a waste of money. Smart settings suck, coffee grounds constantly flowing everywhere, and the process to find a reusable pod that actually fits this machine correctly was kind of a nightmare. I’ve never had to put this much time and energy into having a regular cup of coffee….and I’m a millennial. Seriously Keurig, do better

This is a great Coffee Maker the price is a bit steep. But it is worth it. The ability to add froth or cold fome to anything is grate you can make coffee house drinks from the comfort of your own home.

I have only used the K-Caf SMART Maker to make iced tea. Still trying to figure out the exact amount of ice to put in the glass but it makes a decent glass of iced tea!
