Great Machine. This is my fourth Keurig, and by far the best one yet. How long will it last with the fancy technology? Who knows, but so far it works flawlessly, including recognizing the reusable filters. Also, each strength option is exactly what it is supposed to be. Also we love the look of this machine. It takes up the same space as the KSelect but holds slightly more water and has the frother. Very nice design. Cons? Yes. This machine can do a lot. Having to research every instruction online nowadays is not uncommon but including a user manual would be nice.

Outstanding brewer … would buy again anytime. I just wish the brew time was as fast as my old Keurig … but then the result probably would be as good. Fast or great … I’ll take great.

My Smart K-Cafe will not connect to my home wifi and Keurig has been unable to help me. It's a total disaster.

Broke twice already

Have it for 4 months and I have an issue with connecting to the internet multiple times. Also frother spills a milk despite pouring under max line. I would not buy again.
