I was in the market to get a machine to make lattes, cappuccinos, iced drinks, and regular coffee. I found this machine and have been so impressed and in love with it! It was easy to set up. Using it has also been very straightforward to use. The milk frother makes excellent froth for my almond milk and is easy to clean. The smart feature has been great at brewing better tasting coffee as well. I like using the app for recipes too.

Unfortunately, this is my second Keurig (same model). Decided to give it another try even though our first one operated for less than a year. The reason the first one only lasted a year was due to a unknown issue that no one could solve, called Keurig and was told they would replace it for free but I had to show proof of purchase. Another unfortunate issue because we lost the receipt but I registered the machine on the Keurig app/website the same day we purchased it from our military exchange store. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing another one. So we will give it another go and hope we get to enjoy this one longer.
