I like the Keurig K-Caf Smart. Works well mort of the time and produces a hot cup of coffee. My complaints are: All the time I have to lift up the lever and lower it twice for it to work. Secondly, using the same K-cups and selecting the 12oz cup results in an accurate volume about half the time. I expected more from this product but I'll give it a chance.

This Keurig has all the features I was looking for. It can brew over ice and make cold froth, which I love. All I drink is iced coffee. I love this brewer! I highly recommend!

This was advertised as being used for travel mugs but it only takes a 14 oz mug. It was deceptive advertising and the frother is very inefficient
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I agree with others that it’s slow to brew but the coffee is worth the wait. This is our 5th Keurig and it makes the best coffee of all. Iver never been a fan of the iced coffee in a Keurig but even that tastes like it was make in a real coffee shop. We had several coffee here my husband didn’t like but after trying them in the new machine he said the flavor was totally different.
I love that is smaller and take up less counter space. The water pitcher, seems smaller but holds more water than our last one. I like the brother so much better than the little frothing pitcher on the older Keurig. We had been on the fence about ordering a new machine but I’m glad we did!

The coffee comes out perfect every time. I really enjoy the Cafe drinks. I am making cappuccinos, mochas, lattees, and machiatos. This machine is super fast and whisper quiet. I couldn't be happier either my purchase.
