Great coffee maker with a few things to improve

Great coffee maker, very versatile. The frother works great. Been drinking great cappuccinos and lattes since receiving this coffeemaker. It is instantly hot no wait times to brew. Negatives are It once in a while miss scans the coffee pod. The ounce size is off by 2 oz, so an 8 oz cup is around 10 ounces. I wish it had a clock like my old Kuerig

The size of the whole machine is perfect. Nicely compact to fit in small areas. The pitcher for water is easily viewable and accessible to add water and clean as needed. The frother though..that is a game changer. Love it so much!! I have found the Chobani creamers and the Silk almond creamers froth the best!! If yours doesn’t froth so well, just try a different creamer!! Enjoy!!

I'm glad I bought this machine, love having frothy cream to add to my coffee.First time I used it, I immediately connected the machine to my internet wifi but then I got emails for about a week afterwards telling me that I had not set up my wifi to the machine yet. So I unconnected my wifi from the machine and reset it following all the steps outlined in my emails. I think now it is "connected" appropriately. No issues brewing coffee so far. No issues using the frother which is the best ever! I will say that adding whey protein powder to the cream before frothing was not a good idea. Whey protein powder apparently does not like to mix with almond milk creamer. It became a sludge on the bottom of the frother accessory that I had to wash several times to clean out. Adding it to the coffee before the cream goes in was a surprise too- had to break out a whisk and beat the whey protein to smooth it out in coffee! lol.. but I ended up winning that battle and now have a high protein, cinnabon coffee with almond milk frothed and foamy cream.. PERFECT! I hope this machine lasts longer than the last 2 Keurig machines I have owned. Both of them only made it about 18 months each. I have already recommended the SMART Cafe machine to a friend, who then went out to get one for her teenager.
