Good maker with some serious shortcomings.

Best Keurig with some shortcomings. While this Keurig is top of the line, there ate some serious shortcomings. Such as pod ID doesn’t always work. And the coffee maker loses connection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Brewing Except for Tea

I love this machine. Great ability to connect to our internet despite wondering if it would. Alexa makes it very simple to start a drink in the morning. The Signature brew is off when it comes to teas. I have found that brewing them at a higher temp and strength works best for me. It removes the bitterness for me.
The app does not list very many recipes. I hope they will bring out more soon. I hope they will include more complex recipes. Brewing coffee, frothing and then adding to a cup just is so boring. There must be other recipes.
The Smart Delivery needs to be easier to change out. I want to be able to try different K cups and swapping them out is hard to do on the site. Over all, I am happy with this machine and what it can do. It has made coffee and tea fun to work with and not just drink as is!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes a 'smart' cup of coffee

4 stars as a result of set-up issue(s). Scanned back of machine with my Samsung Galaxy Ultra. Took me to a site that I thought was Keurig - but was a bogus site which wanted my credit card and was thankfully declined by my bank. After I resolved that issue, I manually downloaded the Keurig app - I was excited to start my first brew. Put in my Pike Place Keurig K cup, pressed the button to begin the brew - and coffee was splashing all over the place (especially inside the pod area) ugh!! Not sure what caused this, as my set-up had gone smoothly and an update of the machine even had occurred. Carefully cleaned out inside of brewer and kept my fingers crossed for the second brew. Everything went well and I have grown to enjoy this machine over the past week. I like that it knows what I'm brewing and that I can adjust the brewing temperature as well as the size (ounces) of brew. I can even brew directly from my phone! Note: My friend also had the same problem with their first brew, so I think it may be an issue that Keurig need to address.

Good Foam but only 1 log in.

It is really nice. It foams up the milk really fast. The unit reads the pods and makes a good cup. the only thing i don't like is it will only take one account. Meaning my wife clicked on it first and she sets the time an every thing. it will not let me log into and change any thing if i want my cup of coffee. Kind of a bummer. The water unit is really easy to fill, but better design this time.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I've made several specialty drinks using the machine and have yet to be disappointed. Easy to use so many options for settings, I wish I would have purchased it 6 months ago !! 150% better than my previous keurig b

K-Cafe SMART brewer

This brewer is easy to use - quiet sound when brewing. Like the idea of the multi-stream which does seem to give the coffee a richer flavor. Cool that it recognizes the type of coffee pod when inserted. Be sure to download the app. also brew recipes. There is some great info there and only thing missing is the ability to place a travel mug under the dispenser. Other than that, LOVE this brewer !
