I just had to buy this coffee maker even though the one I had was wonderful and running well. I really love the feature to make the steam / frothy milk to go with the coffee. the temperature control allows me to make a hotter cup of coffee and I love that! Easy clean up on the frother, too.

I used to make my lattes with another brand coffee machine and my regular coffees with a Keurig. When I saw this machine which does both, I was ecstatic. I watched some videos before making the purchase to make sure it did what I needed. After using the machine for about two months, I am well pleased. It has a separate frother for preparing the milk. While this is going on, you can insert a pod in the machine, and it will wait until frothing is done before pouring the coffee. Depending how you like your coffee, you could also froth the milk, pour it into the glass, and then pour the coffee for a layered drink. You can select various strengths and temperatures for the coffee, pour one or two shots, or pour 6, 8, 10 or 12 ounces of coffee.
This is the smartest coffee machine I have ever used. If you put a pod in, the machine will read the label and the display will indicate exactly what you are brewing. The machine connects to the web via WiFi; this is the first coffee machine I ever heard of that connects to the internet. After I first turned it on and connected to the internet, it did a firmware update – no kidding. We have a coffee machine that updates itself. There is also an app for your phone as well that can communicate with the machine and has information on various drinks and other stuff.
