This coffee maker makes full flavored rich coffee. It is noticeably better than our previous Keurig. It recognizes the brand and type of coffee pod inserted. The ability to easily adjust temperature and strength on the fly is really helpful because I drink coffee black - so the HOT setting is perfect for me. My wife adds cold creamer and the HOTTER temperature is just right. The frother works perfectly along with SHOT setting to inject a high pressure shot or two of coffee and pour the froth into the cup. Highly recommended!

So far so good, works well and easy to use. I like the brew ID feature and temp settings as well. However the frother does not work that well as described. It did not froth with low fat milk, so I can't even imagine using any other non dairy milk. I had to use half and half to get it to froth and it sill was not that frothy.

We really like appearance of this coffee maker and the milk frothing is nice but not really that important to us. My concern with this coffee maker is that even bran new it is leaving grounds in our coffee. All the trouble shooting tips and calling for help just advises to clean so we have thoroughly checked and cleaned everything twice and yet grounds are still in our coffee everyday. Wish we had just purchased a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would like to give this machine a 5 star rating. But, it has a few issues. 1. The feature of setting up on the internet to the order system doesn't work. It was very difficult to get it connected to begin with and then it doesn't accurately calculate usage. It would not stay connected, I have up on that. 2. The plastic water pitcher cracked early on with no dropping or banging....the rim of the very bottom cracked as it was being placed back on the machine...then just continued until it would no longer properly seat on the base. I finally ordered 2 replacement pitchers. 3. Then it began to simply not brew without unplugging and replugging. Now the good part. Really, it brews as it should on quality of brew. I do love the side frother. That is why after less than 2 years.....I ordered another identical machine. But I will be on the lookout for a replacement in anticipating this one won't last any longer than the last one.

New features on this model make it worth the purchase! Love how temp of coffee can be adjusted! The options provided when selecting this machine and the fast delivery was nice too! Great machine for the price! Would definitely buy again!
