I've been using the razr ultra for a couple of months and could not be more pleased. So many apps work well on the external screen I rarely need to open it. The sound quality is great, the battery life is incredible, and it looks fantastic.

Wireless charging has failed within the 1st month

While the unboxing experience was terrific, wireless charging has completely failed less than three weeks in. It makes me very concerned about long- term reliability.

Really bad offer from Motorola. I'm disappointed.

I bought it a month ago, but finally opened the box yesterday because of a really tiring travel schedule! How surprised I was when I found in the box just the phone itself & the cable! No charger, no modern & fashion case! And what is worse, I got 2 phones, one for me & one for my wife! Support doesn't want to help me. On the website, there is no information about such a strange offer, but there is a lot of advertising about how to quit this phone & case! Even in comments & reviews!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No dedicated support for the ones who work nights

I've had this phone is June I love the phone itself buty only issue is you guys say dedicated support yet that's not entirely true I work nights and sleep during the day so whenever I attempt to get ahold of you guys I can't reach a human. That being said for myself your dedicated support is not dedicated support it's an AI who can't help

Ok but not perfect

I have had this for about 2 weeks and I'm not impressed. Seems to freeze up a lot. I do like the fold and how fast it charges but it seems like the battery dies quickly. With light to moderate use by the end of the day I'm down to about 20% battery left.
