Good battery life, okay hardware, noticeable crease, and very mid camera. Compared to my Pixel 6 I found the photo colors seemed to vacillate between washed out and over saturated. Pro mode gave me a little more control but it's far from the "point and shoot" with life-like colors experience I would like. The zoom was quite good, though. I was really hoping the nostalgia factor of the flip would win me over but I never stopped noticing the crease, and the hinge never seemed to loosen up enough for true one-handed mode. Between the so-so hardware and the mediocre photo quality, I decided the whole package was too compromised to be worthwhile so I returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of hard earned money

I bought it 4 months ago, but suddenly a crease appeared on the screen and the very next day there was a huge black line on the display and the touch stopped working. This all was without any dropping or accidental pressure.

Sadly disappointed with Motorola

I bought my razr several months ago with the best extended warranty which seemed to come with all the bells and whistles that could possibly cover it. The phone does not hold a day and a half charge, mind you I only use it for pleasure. It's claim to wonderful pictures is a lie. I treated my phone like a special treasure, don't forget they don't make protective covers for these things and oops after a bad day I dropped it. I found out my options were do without my phone for 10 days or get a refurbished phone to replace it. I paid a lot of money for a new phone getting a refurbished phone is not an option. All I can tell you is the only good thing about these phones is Gemini and I'm sure I can download him from play store. I have always been a die hard Motorola fan no matter what the critics say but after this experience I caution you to steer clear of these ridiculous flip phones no matter how awesome you think they look.

Horrible software

I want to love this phone so much but the Moto software that is on top of the android software is absolutely maddening!!! It feels like an untrained AI made the software… Nothing is Coherent, consistent, Intuitive… Why do we have multiple functions to be able to take a screenshot? Why aren’t they the same function?? Why can’t I turn an alarm off on the front screen???? Why do I wake up in the software doesn’t act the same way as when I went to sleep? Waking up and the whole phone is in magnifying mode, The inconsistency between the whole phones gestures is insane! I would never recommend this device to anyone. I don’t even understand how anyone over the age of 20 would be able to use this device in and it! I would never want to help someone trouble shoot this device because it Doesn’t have the same ui as a stock android so it’s impossible to get help. Every day a new bug is found! Like why is the Camera app not the same camera when I’m in my text messaging??? Like why is it gray washed out? It is just maddening how horrible the UI UX! I designed my own apps and I do a better job than this and I’ve only started developing apps two months ago!

I should have stuck with my galaxy s22 ultra

Why do I need to enable nearby device permissions to use your stupid AI when I don't want to give it access to my nearby devices. You really think that's necessary. I can't even set it to vibrate instead of freaking ringing for my text messages. Your software sucks. Other than all that at least the phone looks nice and works in the most rudimentary and basic of ways. I can make and answer calls and sends texts. Yay. But I don't get notifications because for some reason having a vibrate mode and making that an easy setting to adjust is something that just slipped your minds huh? I can't just turn the volume down and put it in vibrate mode... I could puke with rage.

Disappointing software

Every day I have software glitches that Motorola has not fixed through their recommendations. The home lock screen doesn't keep my email widget from populating on a new page multiple times a day, still can't change my external screen apps or home screen to change the apps as it's frozen after adding a shortcut contact as one of those 4 apps and it disappeared. Tired of having to delete and install apps

Bad Bluetooth

I bought this phone a few months ago. Normally I love Motorola, my last few phones I've stuck with them. This phone has so many issues. Bluetooth doesn't work until I reset my phone then it's good for a few days. A lot of times when I'm in a call people on the other end can't hear me. Reset my phone then it's good for awhile. This is my 3rd phone I've had and they all do it after awhile. Now I'm stuck with the phone cause I have had it so long
