Great…when they work.

I Love these headphones so much…when they work.
I had my first pair for 2 years and they stopped working. I didn’t think much, I just thought i got my fair amount of use out of them and since i loved them I bought another pair. In less than a year they stopped holding a charge. They would stay charged for 1 hour max. My mom bought a pair since I raced about them before i had issues with the 2nd pair.
She never used them so when she heard I was having trouble with the 2nd pair she send me hers (brand new.) After a month of using the 3rd pair the sound in the Right earcup stopped working. Well sometimes it works. But it randomly will work and then not work.
After 3 tries, I give up on JBL.
It’s too bad, because when they work they are 5 star!

A nice basic headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight, comfortable and easy to "plug and play." I'm not typically a fan of a wired headset, but these are super lightweight and comfy and all you have to do is plug them in. They have a nicely balanced preset sound which picks up most of the musical, game, or voice nuances you need for a basic headset. They do not come with a travel case only a cloth cover that you can slip them into for storage or travel. The cord is long enough that you can use them on a computer and they have a built in volume select control near the top of the cord. I personally would not use them for the gym or for working out, but they're great for a computer or for using on an airplane if you don't mind plugging them into your device. Honestly if you don't want to hassle with bluetooth or recharging these are a good option.

Great for music, but could use Improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight with a soft headband. Heavy bass sound, but voice of artist gets drowned out by heavy bass. When watching videos(voices, and other noises sound faint. Overall, great for music. Headphones make your ears warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is refreshing to see a traditional pair of wired cans with an in line microphone. I love to have a pair like this for home use. I hate wasting charge cycles on expensive wiress headphones while seated at my desk. I am a remote worker that has dozens of zoom meetings every week and have used these for all of them. I am impressed with audio clarity both sending and receiving.
I have also listened to a wide range of music from bass heavy electronic to classic rock. They perform well in general across genres, but they are not a heavy punch on the low end. That said I felt they were pretty clear across all frequencies compared to your standard pack in buds.
Design is where I sing them the most. The headband is pretty boxy. They are also a little tight for my liking. They are extremely light weight and generally comfortable for longer wear sessions despite their taught nature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're nice, but corded on ear headphones seem outdated be todays standards. The sound quality is great but they don't get very loud, that could just be my phone though. My sister found them useful for her Chromebook at school.

Impressive Sound with a Small Quirk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ’ve been using the JBL Tune 520C (USB-C) for a few weeks, and overall, it delivers solid performance. The sound quality is impressive—classic JBL tuning with deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs. Music, videos, and podcasts all come through clean and well-balanced. The USB-C connection is a big plus, especially with newer devices that no longer have headphone jacks. It’s reliable, with no noticeable lag or connection issues.
The design is sleek and the headphones feel well-built. They're comfortable enough for long listening sessions thanks to the soft ear cushions and lightweight frame. I also really like that there’s no battery—just plug in and go without worrying about charging.
One issue I’ve run into is a faint buzzing sound during calls, especially on Microsoft Teams. It’s not overly loud, but it is noticeable and can be distracting during meetings or extended conversations. This might be something to consider if you rely heavily on Teams for work or communication.
If your main use is music or media playback, the JBL Tune 520C (USB-C) performs well. Just be aware of the buzzing on Teams calls.

Good option for wired sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good sound for a wired device. Very sleek looking black headphones that do the job. Setting up was a breeze and daily use at this point hasn’t shown any degradation of the product. If BT isn’t an option, these will do the job nicely.
