Switches to phone audio during calls

Hi, I purchased these headphones. They work great while watching media yet while on a phone call or a zoom call it switches back to the phone audio not the headphones- how can I get it to keep the audio on the headphones?

First, unplug and reconnect the headphone, then during the call or Zoom meeting, manually select JBL Tune 520C USB-C as the audio input and output in the device or app audio settings to keep sound routed to the headphones. love jbl. headphones are quality, but the ear muff is small which makes it hurt the ears for use more than 1 hour. so i think for kids it would be better marketed. not so much for adult- full grown people head phones. love the sound, not the feel.

Nice USB-C headphones

Nice USB-C headphones. I like that they work well with my iPhone and iPads. Plus they fold easily and fit in my bag or pocket.

Not durable

I have bought two for my daughter and they have both not held up at all. First one, the covering of the wires near the jack came off, exposing the copper wires. The second one, the ear pad on one side came off and needed to be refastened with a hair tie.

I looked everywhere for a headphone set with wire connection to my cell phone. This was delivered on time and it is excellent quality. I got the white which is beautiful. I am so happy with my purchase. I may purchase more as gifts.

Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones were very good. Great sound and they fit perfectly on my ears. They sound better than my old Sony headphones. JBL never disappoints me. More controls would have been nice but a great product nonetheless.

I bought these on Thursday this past week. I gotta say I’m impressed with how well they work! But there’s a tiny zapping sound and I don’t know if it’s the headphones or the music yet, but LOVE THESE HEADPHONES!!
