I have had my Bise Quier Confort Ultra Headphones 3 weeks now. I absolutely love them. I like that I can choose from 3 settings that allow me hear my surroundings or not. And ability to not lose my music when I'm wearing while working out.love the bold color also.
I used these for about a week and although the NC and sound is as expected. The sound control and buttons are awkward. The 700 controls were much better
My new Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Headphones are beyond wonderful!! I listen to music cds almost every night as I go to sleep. I drift off to every note, on every instrument that’s played. It’s like being in the studio or in the front row if it’s live. I couldn’t ask for better!
I bought this during the recent sales. I am retired and have Bose products in my home, but, my previous headphones have seen better days, and my fav colour is blue.
I bought these to upgrade from the SONY XM4 i like the noise cancellation on this model better. I also liked that you can connect multiple devices to the same Headphones this plays a major role if your working on your laptop and your phone is around. I connected it to my Tv so i can do work on my laptop but listen to the tv on the headphones. The phone app is easy to use and gives you lots of options. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Noise cancellation is astonishing. I plan to use these plugged in to airplane entertainment systems. I couldn't get the configuration app to work on my Android 9 phone; the app under the QR code immediately referred me to "Android Music", where I couldn't find this model of headphones. That means I can't set the "tap" feature up, nor can I add modes to the 3 provided ones. Alas

Thank you for sharing your experience with Bose headphones. It sounds like you're enjoying the quiet mode and noise cancellation features, but you're encountering difficulties with the configuration process on your Android 9 device.
Bose typically offers a dedicated app (like Bose Connect or Bose Music) for customizing headphone settings, but compatibility can sometimes be limited with older Android versions. When scanning the QR code, if you're being redirected to a general music app instead of the Bose app, it suggests that the device may not be recognizing your specific model or that the app isn't compatible with your OS.
