Annoying NC fading

Compared to the NC700 it is pretty bad. Sound quality is worse. In videocalls the mic is constantly fading my voice in and out when others speak. I texted all the modes and it did not get better. Also I really miss the intuitive touch functions from the NC700. This one is super complicated to use. This happens when you try to make an amazing product different.

Great for Travel and Work Focus

These were definitely a splurge, but no regrets getting them. They made air travel 100% more comfortable. Amazing sound quality and noise-cancelling ability, just as expected. Also been using to block out distractions since I work from home.

Bought these a week ago and am over the moon. Love the ANC, the bass and the overall quality of the headset itself. Can't brag enough on these Quiet Comfort Ultras!

Shuts the world out so I can get some sleep!

These headphones are really nice. They were expensive, but I needed headphones that would cancel out my neighbors barking dog. This was the solution. I have chronic insomnia, and I listen to an app for insomnia. My neighbors dog drives me nuts and these headphones are incredible!
