Great printer for the money. Great service. Came with bad color ink cartridge. One call and within a few days cartridge was replaced. Got on HP+ program which I think is a must. Terrific 4x6 color photos.

This Envy 7255e printer is not close in comparison to the Envy 7640 I previously owned. The 7640 lasted 9 years, well beyond its expected life span.I doubt if the 7255 with last half as long. It is not as sturdy as the 7640. The paper tray appears to be very fragile as does not operate as smoothly as that of the 7640. Print quality is very good, tech support and sale reps. Very helpful.
