The printer does well but I thought it had a document loader for copying not just single sheet feed with top....my mistake but its a pain trying to do multi-page document from hard copies.

The new printer worked with the old scanner app that HP tech had installed. I can copy and print but won't print from the computer - something isn't installed and I don't have the skills to do. I downloaded the app following the installation instructions, but won't take print command.
