Watched various You Tube instruction videos (for my new 7255e printer) before trying the setup - very helpful and setup and connection went smoothly. Everything working properly and very happy with purchase. Only negative (minor annoyance) is constant alerts concerning Instant Ink program. Once a customer decides to opt out - HP should tone down their constant push for the Instant Ink program.

I received my HP Inspire 7255e and set up was a breeze. Have not had any problems, except paper jams. Went to the site for troubleshooting and found out i didnt have the paper tray properly installed. Love this printer!!

I was surprised at some of the features on this such as an easy way to clear the printer of paper jams. However, I've not had the need to try that feature out. The display is easier to read and use than on my former Envy Photo 7800 printer but, the paper refill tray is directly under the pull out tray to hold printed copies which makes it harder to refill the paper since the top tray must be pushed back in order to reach the paper tray and pull it out. Also, the photo tray comes out with the paper tray and needs to be pushed back in every time you want to add paper. Other than that, I've been using it daily for a few weeks with no issues. Hopefully, it will continue to be a dependable printer!

I have no problems with the printer. It's print quality is great. I was not prepared for how much slower it is than my Office Jet Pro 8600 which I loved but the ink head went on it.
