I was happier with the HP ENVY 5540 that it replaced. The 5540 is smaller, sturdier, more attractive, half the price, and doesn't let paper just drop on the floor if the output tray extender is not extended. (What a terrible engineering decision to not automatically extend the output tray when printing.)

Unsuccessful downloading of 7255 to the computer.

Thought that I had the 7255 installed on the computer. It printed. But when I tried to print photos, I had several unsuccessful prints. Finally, wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong and discovered that the 7255 was unsuccessful downloading the HP+ out of the box. Have not tried again to download, I don't want to get upset and waste my time again. I will try at a later date!
