I have used the Defender case exclusively on my last 5 phones. For a decade I have been beyond satisfied. This is the first issue I have encountered. I carry my Galaxy S+ in my back pocket, as I always have. With this case, the corner of the outer rubber shell will not stay in place.

Never really had an issue with Otter Boxes. I went from a GS3, to a S9 Plus, to a now S25 Plus.
No issues with them besides after years and years of abuse. The rubber eventually just loosen up. All phone end up looking brand new when I move on to the next.

This case is rock solid. It's also very "grippy" rather than smooth and slippery so there's not much chance if dropping it accidentally. I love the added convenience of a belt clip. Since this case is thicker than my old Symmetry my phone won't easily fit in the old phone pocket of my jeans. It's nice having the clip.
