Poorly designed. Phone falls out of holster.

Phone only fits one way into the holster. Poor design. The clip that latches the phone to the holster is not centered so I am now limited to having the phone upsidedown on my left side. I have never had this issue with an OtterBox.

They CLAIM you get a Holster for free! GOOD LUCK with that! I've ordered 3 now & they DO NOT FIT the GALAXY S25 Plus! Returned all 3 & still NO REPLY to resolve the issue! NO OTTERBOX FOR ME!!!

I hate that the phone only goes into the holder one way. It would be very easy to put the phone in the wrong way and lose or the phone drop out at an inopportune moment. Really think there should be a design change. Always have had otter box to protect my phones. Knowing this, I would not have gotten it. Please re-engineer the case where it will fit both ways. Thanks

A very rugged and sturdy case... as usual. But no holster included now??? And the holster that you have to purchase separately now IS STILL OUT OF STOCK??? I had to get an aftermarket one in order to use it for work.

Outer case facing outward scratches way to easily. Have used outbox for decades , never had one scratch within a week , I wear it on my hip on a clip , which makes it worse .
